OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY DURING COVID-19
Dear Friends, Customers and Partners,
We at Brist are closely monitoring the developments surrounding the COVID-19, and its impact on our community and day to day business. These times are a test, one where we are challenged to think differently, act differently, and be fresh in our creative decision making. Although these times are extreme, our businesses stand today because of our ability to navigate through the unknown. We must live-out the same mentality that we began with, and we will surely weather this storm together.
At Brist, we have three priorities. The first is to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of our team and customers. Our production team is running a lean crew to minimize exposure and our other team members are working remotely. We are doing our best to ensure you receive regular communication about your work in process including art, estimates, orders and shipments. Our management team has been meeting regularly and has developed a business continuity plan which leverages our various supply chains located throughout the globe. In the event our headquarters and domestic manufacturing operations are significantly impacted, we may make shifts to our processes and/or limit some of our services temporarily.
Second, we are challenging ourselves to think differently, get creative, and leverage our strengths and resources around us. At the end of the week we will be launching a campaign focused on uniting communities and offering financial relief to small businesses and their employees who have been hit the hardest.
Keep an eye out for an email from us in the next few days, inviting you to become a part of something positive, an opportunity to unite together during this time of separation and provide a little financial lift for those who need extra help at this time.
Finally, we are in this together. Let’s encourage one another to not just think within, but remember how we got to where we are today, which for most of us, is from the support of our communities. We must continue to find ways to support independent businesses that have built the communities we love. As a small business, we intend to support a different local business everyday.
As things develop we will keep you updated. Thank you for your continued business, support and understanding.
WE GOT THIS.
